1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using WardrobeAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use WardrobeAI. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to WardrobeAI ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
You agree not to upload content that:
- Infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
- Contains nudity, explicit, or sexually suggestive material
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Depicts minors in any inappropriate manner
5. AI-Generated Content
WardrobeAI uses third-party AI services (Google Gemini) to generate outfit images and style recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or quality of AI-generated outputs.
6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Certain features of WardrobeAI may require a paid subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
We do not offer refunds for in-app purchases, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
- Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
- Interfere with the proper working of the App or its servers
- Use automated scripts to interact with the App
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by WardrobeAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Style recommendations are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WardrobeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or unauthorized access to your data.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by contacting us.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email.
